Our Firm

Founded in 2006 by CEO and President, Dion R. Padilla, our firm was established to serve as a truly independent advisory firm. One that serves a specific group of clientele – Fortune 500 corporate executives, mid-level employees, and high-net-worth families. We realized that our clients were looking for a variety of solutions to their wealth management needs so we set out to build a practice free from conflict, high fees, and in-house products, typically found at wirehouses. We specialize in retirement planning for employees of San Antonio’s most prominent corporations including AT&T, Valero, NuStar, USAA, Whataburger, HOLT Caterpillar, Biodynamic Research Corporation, and more.* With a deep knowledge of these corporations’ employee benefits packages and executive compensation plans, we create and execute client-driven, goals-based, life-centered financial plans that empower our clients to make sound financial decisions that are more closely aligned to their true goals.
