Dion discovered his passion and talent for strategic planning while serving in the U.S. Navy Silent Service community, at first on board two nuclear submarines, and later as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Tactics Instructor in San Diego, California.
After a distinguished career in the military and utilizing the Navy College Program, Dion became a financial advisor at one of Wall Street’s most recognized brokerage firms. In 2006, he decided to break off and form Padilla Wealth Management, an independent advisory firm. Dion is currently an investment advisor representative.
